In the case Mileva and Others v. Bulgaria (applications № 43449/02 and 21475), concerning the noise and nuisance caused by the running of a computer club in the building in which the plaintiff lived, the European Court of Human Rights held, unanimously, that there had been a violation of Article 8 (Right to private and family life) of the European Convention on Human Rights.
